Roofing Force is a rapidly growing roofing company with several locations in the Midwest. Accordingly, there are many opportunities for upward mobility within the company. Thus, we are seeking "career oriented" individuals.
We felt that was important to build a company that is more professional and can easily be distinguished from the multitude of “commodity” and "storm chasing" roofing companies in the industry. Thus, Roofing Force specializes in premium roofing materials such as stone coated steel (Unified Steel, DECRA, Varitile, Tilcor & Roser) and other metal (Standing Seam & Ag Panel) and polymer products (DaVinci, CeDur, Brava, Enviroshake, EcoStar). Nevertheless, we still offer traditional asphalt shingles (Owens Corning, TAMKO, CertainTeed, GAF and Malarkey) because that is all a customer might need.
Because we are the best, we are very selective about the people we hire. Our motto is "do the right thing" and we are looking for intelligent hard working individuals that demonstrate complete integrity.
Your job will be to inform customers regarding the pros and cons of various roofing material options and help them choose which option is best for their unique needs and budget. You will also help guide some customers through the insurance claims process.
In contrast, most roofing companies only install a limited selection of asphalt roofing materials. Unfortunately, these companies are mostly interested in following the path of least resistance and may not know or care what is best for the customer.
At Roofing Force you will be expected to help customers obtain the "best bang for their buck" and help them choose the longest lasting, best looking, or most energy efficient roof for their individual circumstances. We provide extensive training so you become a "true expert" in the roofing industry.
Insurance work from storm damage is the catalyst for most of Roofing Force's business. Insurance costs to homeowners are increasing rapidly. Thus, the ability to provide longer lasting products will become increasingly important as current insurance trends continue. You will be trained to help customers understand and adapt to these changes.
In addition to storm restoration work, Roofing Force also installs a significant amount of retail and commercial roofing systems.

EXPERIENCED SALES REPRESENTATIVE (Roofing Specialist):
Requirements/Responsibilities
- PRIOR ROOFING SALES (or similar) EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!
- You must be a confident, persuasive, persistent and service minded trailblazer.
- You must be willing to learn and teach new things and be able to help customers choose the best product for their unique situation and budget.
- Must commit to working 40+ hours per week because you know that is what it takes to be a top sales producer.
- Have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
- Ability to work at heights and walk around roofs to take photos and identify storm damage.
- Ability to carry and climb a ladder.
- Must self-generate leads until training and revenue milestones achieved.
- Measure, estimate and negotiate jobs.
- Meet with insurance adjusters.
- Log all customer communications in our CRM.
- Provide outstanding customer service.
Benefits
- Commission based job with unlimited earnings potential. Fully trained reps are expected to earn $60,000-$250,000+ per year.

UN-EXPERIENCED SALES REP (Setter/Canvasser):
Requirements
- NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!
- Fluent in English.
- Valid documents for authorized work in U.S.
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
- Ability to walk many miles each day.
- Must be persuasive, persistent & confident.
- Must commit to working 40+ hours per week.

- EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED we are looking for professionals that are experts in their field.
- Valid documents for authorized work in U.S.
- Must have own Workmans's Comp and Liability Insurance.
