The owners of Roofing Force felt that was important to build a company that is more professional and can easily be distinguished from the multitude of “commodity” roofing companies in the industry. Thus, Roofing Force specializes in premium roofing materials such as stone coated steel and other metal and polymer products. However, we still offer traditional asphalt shingles and other roofing materials because that is all a customer might need.
Because we are the best, we are very selective about the people we hire. Our motto is "do the right thing" and we are looking for intelligent hard working individuals that demonstrate complete integrity.
Our job is to inform customers regarding the pros and cons of various roofing material options and help them choose which option is best for their unique needs, wants and budget. In contrast, most roofing companies only install a limited selection of products and are mostly interested in following the path of least resistance and not the path of what is best for the customer. The folks at Roofing Force truly want to help property owners obtain the "best bang for their buck" by helping customers choose the longest lasting, best looking, or most energy efficient roof for their individual circumstances.
Insurance work from storm damage is the catalyst for most of Roofing Force's business. Insurance costs to homeowners are increasing rapidly. Thus, the ability to provide longer lasting products will become increasingly important as current insurance trends continue.
Furthermore, the company also does a significant amount of retail and commercial sales.

EXPERIENCED SALES REPRESENTATIVE (Roofing Specialist):
Requirements/Responsibilities
- PRIOR ROOFING SALES (or similar) EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!
- You must be a confident, persuasive, persistent and service minded trailblazer.
- You must be willing to learn and teach new things and be able to help customers choose the best product for their unique situation and budget.
- Must commit to working 40+ hours per week because you know that is what it takes to be a top sales producer.
- Have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
- Ability to work at heights and walk around roofs to take photos and identify storm damage.
- Ability to carry and climb a ladder.
- Must self-generate leads until training and revenue milestones achieved.
- Measure, estimate and negotiate jobs.
- Meet with insurance adjusters.
- Log all customer communications in our CRM.
- Provide outstanding customer service.

- Commission based job with unlimited earnings potential. Fully trained reps have earned between $60,000-$250,000+ per year.

Requirements
- NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!
- Fluent in English.
- Valid documents for authorized work in U.S.
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
- Ability to walk many miles each day.
- Must be persuasive, persistent & confident.
- Must commit to working 40+ hours per week.
