ROOFING FORCE PRIVACY POLICY
Effective September 14, 2026

Roofing Force LLC (“Roofing Force,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our website, contact us, request an inspection or estimate, become a customer, or otherwise interact with us.

Scope

This policy applies to personal information collected through:

  • our websites, forms, chat, email, calls, text messages, social media, and advertising interactions;
  • in-person inspections, estimates, roofing projects, contracts, billing, and warranty service;
  • our customer relationship management and other business systems; and
  • service providers, advertising platforms, lead providers, referral sources, and other business partners.

This policy does not govern a third party’s independent privacy practices. Please review a third party’s privacy policy when interacting with its services.

Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • Contact and property information, such as your name, address, email address, telephone number, property address, and service area.
  • Roofing and service information, such as the reason for your inquiry, roof condition, requested service, inspection and estimate details, project records, and warranty information.
  • Commercial and transaction information, such as estimates, contracts, project status, contract value, invoices, and payment status.
  • Communications, such as calls, text messages, emails, chat messages, form submissions, and the communication preferences you choose.
  • Website and advertising information, such as IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, referring page, cookies, pixels, advertising identifiers, UTM parameters, and ad-click information.
  • Customer and lead lifecycle information, such as the source of an inquiry, whether an appointment was scheduled, whether an estimate was provided, and whether a contract was signed.

Hashed email addresses and telephone numbers can still be linked to a person or device and are treated as personal information.

How we collect information

We may collect information directly from you, automatically when you use our website, during inspections and roofing services, from our customer and business systems, and from service providers or business partners.

How we use information

We may use personal information to:

  • respond to inquiries and schedule inspections or appointments;
  • provide estimates, roofing services, project updates, and customer support;
  • document storm damage and, with authorization, support an insurance claim;
  • communicate in accordance with your choices and applicable law;
  • administer contracts, billing, records, warranties, security, and legal obligations;
  • understand how people find and use our services;
  • measure whether advertising leads to inquiries, appointments, and customers; and
  • improve and optimize advertising, subject to applicable notice, consent, and opt-out requirements.

Cookies, pixels, and online advertising

We may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies from providers such as Google and Meta to measure website traffic, understand advertising performance, prevent duplicate event counting, and improve advertising. These tools may collect or receive device, browser, page, interaction, cookie, and advertising-identifier information.

You can control cookies through your browser and use the advertising controls provided by Google and Meta. Depending on where you live, you may also have the rights described below.

CRM events sent to Meta

Roofing Force may use Meta’s Conversions API to send limited information from its customer relationship management system to Meta Platforms, Inc. for advertising measurement and optimization. The information may include a hashed email address and/or telephone number, an event such as an appointment being scheduled or a roofing contract being signed, the event date and time, contract value and currency, and an event or source identifier used for deduplication and auditing.

Hashing changes how an email address or telephone number appears in transit, but does not make it anonymous. Meta may match the hashed identifier to information it already holds and process the event under its terms and privacy policy.

The feed is not intended to include inspection notes, roof-condition details, insurance claim files, adjuster communications, photographs, message contents, payment-card or banking information, government identifiers, or unrelated customer notes.

How we disclose information

We may disclose personal information:

  • to vendors that support our website, customer systems, scheduling, communications, hosting, security, analytics, and advertising;
  • to advertising and measurement partners such as Google and Meta for the purposes described in this policy;
  • to insurers, adjusters, consultants, manufacturers, suppliers, subcontractors, or other parties as needed to perform requested work and, where appropriate, with your authorization;
  • to comply with law, legal process, or a valid government request;
  • to protect Roofing Force, our customers, workers, and others; and
  • in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, sale, or transfer of all or part of the business, subject to applicable protections.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some state privacy laws may define certain disclosures for targeted advertising or advertising measurement as “selling” or “sharing” even when no money is exchanged. Where those laws apply, we will provide the required choices and honor valid requests.

We do not sell or share mobile opt-in information or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

Text messages and email

If you check an SMS consent box, you agree to receive the messages described beside that checkbox. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

The SMS checkbox concerns calls or messages. It is not, by itself, consent to disclose customer events to an advertising platform.

You may use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or follow the instructions in the message to stop future marketing emails. We may still send non-marketing messages needed to service your request, contract, or account where permitted by law.

Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information, and to opt out of certain targeted advertising, sales, sharing, or profiling.

To make a privacy request, call Roofing Force at (913) 270-5440. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, subject to appropriate verification.

Information collected before the effective date

This policy applies to practices on and after its effective date. Roofing Force will not use personal information collected before that date for a materially new advertising-data purpose unless it has provided any notice and obtained any consent required by applicable law and its prior commitments.

Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing services, maintaining project and warranty records, complying with legal and accounting requirements, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and maintaining valid privacy-request and advertising-suppression records.

Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s privacy

Our services are directed to property owners and property decision-makers, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.

Changes to this policy

We will post changes to this policy on this page and update the effective date above. If a change materially affects how we use or disclose personal information, we will provide additional notice, such as a notice on our homepage, direct communication, or another method required by law, before the change takes effect when required.
