Roofing Force Installs Asphalt Composition Shingles & Stone Coated Metal Roofing Shingles

Shingle Style Roofing

Architectural Asphalt Shingles or Traditional 3-Tab Shingles are on the vast majority of homes in America. The terms Architectural Asphalt, Asphalt Composite, and Asphalt Composition all refer to the same type of product, and is what is installed on most homes today. However, 3-Tab Shingles refer to an older looking style of asphalt shingles that is not as durable or aesthetically pleasing as newer styles and materials. The most durable and state-of-the art shingle style roofing products are made from Stone Coated Steel. Roofing Force is one of the largest installers of Stone Coated Steel shingles in the country. Call us to discuss what option is best for you.

Asphalt Composite Shingles

The most inexpensive roof coverings are asphalt composition shingles (However, in the long run, they may be more expensive than alternatives when the frequency of replacement is taken into account). These products are available in a wide choice of colors and design appearances.  Repairs are easy on asphalt shingle roofs. However, most asphalt shingles roofs only last 15 to 25 years. Roofing Force installs GAF, Owens Corning, Tamco and Malarky asphalt shingles.

Stone Coated Steel Shingles

The new alternative to asphalt composition shingles are stone coated metal shingles. These lightweight, metal core products are more expensive than asphalt shingles but will not deteriorate, blow off, be damaged by hail or burn as easily as conventional shingles. Stone coated steel shingles last much longer than asphalt shingles (50+ years) and are available in a wide range of colors and high-end looks and offer great energy efficiencies. Roofing Force is the nation's largest installer of Boral Steel stone coated steel products. In addition to Boral, Roofing Force installs Decra and Varitile stone coated steel shingles.
